Laptop won't start-up Toshiba Satellite A135-S2356

-   I have the Toshiba A135-S2356 and i'm experiencing the same problem. Mine started to do this after i was i had issues with only 2 of my usb ports working. I saw a topic on this and there was a link to update the bios system, http://laptopforums.toshiba.com/t5/General-Technology/My-Satellite-A135-S2356-is-having-USB-port-issues/m-p/17285, through that site. I clicked the link and downloaded the update. Once i clicked install the computer froze and i couldn't restart at all. The only way was for me to take out the battery. Once i put the battery back in i then tried to power it back on and thats when this current issue started to happen.

Could it be that the bios update fried my hard drive?-   Cwatz5219

-   I have a laptop like that one aswell but mine dosent come on at all I dont know whats the problem so I just bought me a new laptop!!!-   dmoney08
