Question about LG Computers & Internet
Hi, I'm sorry to hear all that bad luck. Did you try to reset your device, wait a couple of minutes and then try to boot it again? Here's how you can try that: You can completely power down your TomTom One by pressing the reset button on the bottom of the unit. This will not cause the device to lose any data (favourites, etc.) or settings.. You can then turn it back on by holding down the ON/OFF button for ~4 seconds. The navcore software will take longer to boot because it is a cold boot – nothing cached or already running in memory. Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
