Question about Canon DR-5010C Scanner
Dr 5010c feeds one to five sheets, then stops scanning with paper in the bottom read unit and one sheet about one inch from the exit roller area. Error message states "jam" clear jam and continue scanning"
Clean the rubber rollers (pickup and ******) with a damp cloth, loosen the papers to be scanned. Clean all the rollers in the scanning path. What is the eror that is displayed? Download the user manual from this site http://www.usa.canon.com/opd/controller?act=OPDSoftwareAct&fcategoryid=2341&modelid=11293 (5010um.pdf). Change the rollers if they are old.
