Dr 5010c feeds one to five sheets, then stops

dr 5010c feeds one to five sheets, then stops scanning with paper in the bottom read unit and one sheet about one inch from the exit roller area. Error message states "jam" clear jam and continue scanning"

- i am having the same problem please give the address where to buy this rollers pic up and etc where is the dealer in chennai we are having three scanners in this model please help to solve.

Clean the rubber rollers (pickup and ******) with a damp cloth, loosen the papers to be scanned. Clean all the rollers in the scanning path. What is the eror that is displayed? Download the user manual from this site http://www.usa.canon.com/opd/controller?act=OPDSoftwareAct&fcategoryid=2341&modelid=11293 (5010um.pdf). Change the rollers if they are old.
