Question about Refrigerators
If you can find the complete model number like th sample below in photo I will be able to help you better. I think the technician don't know what he is talking about. The truth is when refrigerator have control boards they are sensitive to electrical surge. So his comment does not make sense to me. Control boards are the major reason this problem is happening providing your model has a temp control or mother board.
Send me the model number like in the picture below. You will find the number behind one of the doors or possikly inside the fresh food compartment., Thanks, Sea Breeze
