In prince of persia warrior within i killed the empress in the past for the first time , the dahaka is supposed to chase me , but the wdahaka didnt even come !

Have you tried changing the properties of the shortcut to run in WinXP SP2 compatibility mode? Right click the shortcut, goto properties/compatibility tab, choose "WinXP SP2 compatibility mode" in the dropdown box, then click apply. This should solve your problem.
