HI! I have a yellow electric scooter that goes about 20mph. and now when I turn the switch on, and nothing happens. I have charged the 12v batteries and checked the wiring and they are connected properly and turn on the scooter again nothing still no power. Can you tell me how to fix it so I can ride the scooter?

Scooter goes in reverse on switch on

hi ,that sounds like the throttle pot is no centre, some controllers will signal a fault some don't so it's possible the throttle pot stem has turned round, check by looking at the base of the stem , you should see a cross head, now that should be dead centre to you when turning on...

I have an e100 that appears to be fully charged. The red light on the on/off switch is on but the scooter goes nowhere? I checked the batteries for output and goes 12.85 volts. The motor doesn't even...

If thats the voltage from the 2 batteries joined together then the voltage is far too low to run an E100, sounds like one of the cells has died, must have a 24v combined output.
