Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Hi, My Sansa was stuck in the SANDISK screen and would fade a white screen so i tried this 6 and 7 step thing but now its telling me to, Please connect your e200 series MP# player in MSC mode. To go to "MSC" mode, in your device, goto "Settings"> "USB mode"> "MSC". but how can i do that if it wont let me =[, please help!
If you cannot change the "modes", you will have to put it into recovery mode to fix it. You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool. - Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer. Download and run the recovery tool from the SanDisk website. Make sure you select "format" when prompted. http://sandisk.com/assets/file/downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe Best of Luck.
