what the problem with being able to down pictures from the phones to the computer it should not be a big deal if its a usb cable hook up. Is this just another way to get more money out of people after they have been told basically it should be plug and play. I work with Mac but I have also tried my dell which is very fast I might add and I cant get either computer to recognize this phone. Whats the work around guys or am I just stuck buying more soft ware just to get my pictures off these phones????? It Sucks. email me at rlopie@suddenlink.net I you have a clue
