Question about Kodak ESP 5 Printer
I installed it the exact same way it instructed me to. It will print things off, but it won't scan anything.
Everytime I press scan or copy it whirs like its trying to do something. But the spot where the item to be scanned is doesn't do anything. I don't even see a bar or any sort of scanning device through the clear part. So I'm not even sure how it's supposed to scan.
Is my scanner just broken? Did I set it up wrong?
Am I missing some sort of software that wasn't on the disk?
Please help. I am an artist and I need a scanner so I can send my pictures to my customers.
Try to install the latest version of Printer software from www.kodak.com/go/downloads on your computer. then open the kodak home center software and click on scan pictures. Adjust the settings and you are ready to go. download the user manual from www.kodak.com/go/manuals. may be problem with scanner drivers. new software will fix up your issue. Enjoy.
