Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional
When I turn my computer on, it reads "Explorer.EXE application error," then asks if I want to debug it. I click on OK, then just get the hourglass icon that doesn't go away. Underneath, my screen reads "Active Desktop Recovery" and asks if I want to restore my active desktop, but I'm unable to do anything because the debugger is still working, supposedly. I've tried rebooting but it keeps happening and I can't use my computer. Help!
I think It's a virus problem
