Question about Panasonic DMR-ES10 DVD Recorder
Last week I went to eject a disc and when I touched the "eject" or "open" button, there was a small static shock. Now there is no display, but the power still works. The remote makes everything work okay, but cannot see anything it is doing. Can this be fixed, and if so...how?
I suspect that you'll need to replace the display assembly. Best check with Panasonic. You may be able to get hold of a replacement part to do it yourself, or find a cheap dead/dying unit from eBay.
