Card locked.

What kind of card is it? Some different cards have a physical miniswitch on the side. Maybe you moved it by mistake to the 'lock' position when handling it. Also, some cameras have a lever inside the slot where the card fits, this lever locks/unlocks the physical switch I was talking about, and it can sometimes move to an undesired position, namely always locking the card. Look into the slot and try moving gently any lever/protusions.

Laptop LED Blink on Startup
There are many reasons that a computer does not startup or boot into the Windows operating system. If your computer will not start or boot, you will see or hear symptom to indicate the general area of the problem.
Startup Symptom: LEDs blink but does not start
The blinking LED lights on newer computers, or the beep tones on older computers, will help support agent determine what hardware component is not responding properly. The exact meaning of each code varies with the model, and the user cannot change any of the blink or beep codes.
DO THESE FIRST - Perform a hard reset.
If a PC suddenly fails to boot properly, you should perform a hard reset as the first procedure.
1. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards. You want to test the computer not the accessories!
2. Disconnect the AC power adapter, remove the battery and then press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.
3. Reconnect the AC power adapter (but do not connect the battery), Press the Power button, Look for glowing LEDs near caps lock and num lock keys, and Listen for sounds of a disk drive and fan turning.
Identify the number of blinks or beeps
When there is a start-up problem and you see LED lights on the keyboard blink a few times (between 1 and 8 blinks) do the following actions.
Table of Sample Blink Codes
The following table illustrates the meaning of blink codes used on some notebooks. The blink or beep codes on your computer may have different meanings.
Meaning of Sample Blink Codes for some EFI Notebooks:
1) Number of Blink: Continuous Glow, Blinking LED: Battery power LED, Component: Battery,
Error Condition: The AC adapter is attached and the battery is charging, but does not yet have sufficient charge to power the notebook.
2) Number of Blink: 1, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: CPU,
Error Condition: CPU not functional
3) Number of Blink: 2, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: BIOS,
Error Condition: BIOS corruption failure
4) Number of Blink: 3, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: Memory,
Error Condition: Module error not functional
5) Number of Blink: 4, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: Graphics,
Error Condition: Graphics controller not functional.
6) Number of Blink: 5, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: system board,
Error Condition: General system board failure.
7) Number of Blink: 6, Blinking LED: Caps Lock/Num Lock, Component: BIOS,
Error Condition: BIOS authentication failure.
8) Number of Blink: Continuous blink, Blinking LED: AC power adapter LED, Component: Power adapter,
Error Condition: Insufficient power
Common solutions for issues that cause blinking LEDs or beep tones
When the computer can boot into the BIOS, run the memory test to identify other issues.
Check for loose connections and test the memory
Blink codes are often displayed after a user adds memory to the computer but does not seat the module properly. The LEDs may also blink error codes if a hardware component is loose because the computer was dropped or jarred. The problem could be that the stick of memory or one of the memory slots has a bad connection.
Check for loose memory modules
If a memory module is loose or is not making good contact with the memory slots, the computer does not recognize all of the memory. Reseating the memory module may resolve memory failure errors.

I can't get the driver side rear seat in my 2009 dodge dakota to fold down. It has worked fine for a year but it seems to be locked up. I can't find a release latch etc. I note another user had the same...

The seats are equipped with an "inertia lock mechanizm" Under normal conditions it is not necessary to "unlock" or "release" anything to tilt the seat back forward. The seat is designed to lock only during hevy braking or other condition like parked on a steep hill, where the gravitational pull will cause the inertia mechanism to lock. Sometimes this mechanism gets stuck and must be released manually. There should be a lever on the seat back to do this. (See Picture)
This is covered in your Owner's Manual. If you do not have an Owner's Manual for your truck, you can get one HERE.

How to fold the buggy

To fold the buggy, it is necessary to operate both a primary lock, and then a secondary lock. Start by making sure that the front swivel wheel is locked. Operate the primary locking device by pulling upwards on both of the plastic tabs located on the side of the handle arm just below the foam handle grip. Begin pressing downwards so that the pushchair begins to fold. Next, release the secondary locking device (raising the bar located lower down on the left-hand side) and continuing pressing downwards on the handle bar until the pushchair is fully folded. The handle bar can then be folded inwards to the maximum, by pressing simultaneously on the adjuster buttons on either side. Finally, with the chassis laid down, lock it into its folded position by closing the folding latch operated on the side.
Operating instructions, with diagrams, may be obtained from [email protected]
I hope that this is helpful. Do leave some feedback, so that we know how you got on!

Once I've folded my phil & ted vibe (in single mode) the locking clips won't fold into place (I've used as much force as I dare -- worried I might break the clips if I try any harder). This makes it...

When folding the Vibe some important things to remember are that the handlebar must be in the most upright position (perpendicular to the ground), nothing can be below the rear axle level (ie. lift the basket up above this) and the front single wheel should have the side with the attachment bar on the outside.
The fold locks will not engage if everything is not in the correct position. If everything is in the correct position the fold locks will easily engage/disengage. If everything is NOT in the correct position the fold locks will not engage and should not be forced.

Folding:
  1. Put handle bar in upright position.

  2. Undo the side lock clips. Then you lift the red lever on the side to start the fold. Fold so that the pram front wheel and handle come together.

  3. As the pram folds ensure basket is above rear axle and the front wheel has the attachment bar on the outside.

  4. When the pram is fully folded you can fold the side lock clips back in place.

HP DV6110us: 4 beeps, no boot

besides the beeps which indicate a motherboard timing issue. There should be LED blinking codes given on the front LEDs. I will include the blink codes below, but lets try to at least get the system up and running. First, I would like you to remove the RAM sticks from the laptop and just reseat one stick back in the machine. Try to boot with that one stick, if it does not, try the other alone. There have been issues when reseating the ram or re-installing it have temp. fixed the issue. If it does reboot, go to the HP support site, put in your model number of your laptop and download and install an updated BIOS. Below are the blink codes that may narrow down the problem.....

HP DV6000 LED Blink Codes

LED Component Error Condition
Blinking battery power LED Battery Insufficient charge on the battery
Blink: 1 - Caps Lock/Num Lock CPU CPU not functional
Blink: 2 - Caps Lock/Num Lock BIOS BIOS corruption failure
Blink: 3 - Caps Lock/Num Lock Memory Module error not functional
Blink: 4 - Caps Lock/Num Lock Graphics Graphics controller not functional
Blink: 5 - Caps Lock/Num Lock System board General system board failure
Blink: 6 - Caps Lock/Num Lock BIOS BIOS authentication failure

Why my apple laptop is unlocked

Are you talking about a physical lock or some sort of software lock?
If you have shut down (powered off) your laptop, when you start it up you will get initial conditions for everything. If you have your preferences set to "automatic login" for the main user, that's what's going to happen. That's not very secure. If you don't want that, turn that preference off.
If that's not your question, state your question with more clarity.
