Some codes work, but none of them make the 'input' button work, do I have to return the product?
I have the same problem.

same thing, JVC television, input button will not work.

Same problem here, i have a toshiba and i cant access the input channel, i hav my xbox 360 just looking at me wanting to be played.

no..u may just have to try some different codes..somtimes 1 code will use half the functions of the remote.
sometime 2 or 3 codes will control ur device.
try another code
