How dose egr valve connect to intake on 93 buick lesbre 3.8

Just find a vacume hose that has vacume to it when you accelarate with car running pull a vacume hose off from carburator check by putting your finger or a vacume gage to it to see if you got vacume if not accelarate the carb by pushing accelarator (left side of carb driver side) if you have vacume when you accelarate you can use that vacume line

Where do the three vacum line go on the egr on a 1985 corvette

You do not need to connect the three vacume hoses to the EGR just find one that has vacume to it upon accelaration with the car running pull a vacume hose off the carburator with a vacume gage or your finger check to see if you got vacume if not accelarate carb if you do connect vacume line to EGR

1972 honda cb 100, trying to get throttle cable diconnected from the carburator, i loosened and took the top off but the cable goes through and is connected down about an inch in there and i cant figure...

When you unscrew the top of carby with cable attached, the whole slide and needle will come out, take this out and sit on a chair next to your bike and simply compress spring by pushing cylinder slide closer to cap. The cable end can then be moved out of the slot that holds the end fast. Some carby's may have a small sliding clip to hold cable end. Cheers.

My 1993 sportster 883 is restricted, where would it be, at just over half throttle, it wont accelerate any more.

It sounds like the slide in your carburator is not operating properly. You bike should be equipped with a Kehein CV type carburator. In order to check for proper operation, remove the air filter from the engine leaving the backing plate in place. Start the engine and allow the engine to warm up. From a safe distance, rev the engine while watching the piston. It should rise whent he throttle is opened. If not, the piston and diaphragm assembly needs to be removed and checked for holes. If no holes are found in the diaphragm, a thorough cleaning of the carb is in order. Check the intake and make sure there are no vacuum leaks. There is a vacuum hose that runs from the carb to the VOES switch. Make sure it is connected and has no holes in it. Good Luck.

Banshee running wide open after a couple of revs

The problem with vents is that a vent can get plugged and lessen or completely kill the flow of fuel. They will not make an engine rev wildly. Your banshee has standard carbs. The throttle cables may be routed incorrectly, pinching or stretching the cables. Remove the air filters. Look inside the carbs. Do the slides move freely up and down when the throttle is twisted? In the diagram below note the junction tube on the throttle cabel. The cable can stick at inside the tube. Is the connector hose between the carbs in place? Also, there is a switch on top of the carb. This can go haywire also. Odd that the problem was not present before they cleaned the carbs.
Can I get a “very helpful” rating on this answer?

How to change throttle cable on 2005 rm 125

The carburator end...you will need to remove the seat and gas tank. The top of the carb will turn off counter clockwise, then you can pull the "slide" up out of the carburator. Note which is the front for re-assemble. There is a spring between the slide and cap, and look into the slide to see if your cable clips in, or may have a phillips screw and plate to remove to get the cable free. I use needle nose pliers to hold the spring back to remove and replace the cable.
The throttle end is easier. Remove the plastic cap and unthread the adjusting worm nut. The cable end "ball" will come out with the help of needle nose pliers also. Pull the cable slack up to rotate the "ball" out of the throttle tube.
Hope this helps!

I need to know how to hook up linkage for throttle.

Take off the two scress that bind the throttle to the shaft, within the throttle you will see your cable at the hand lever end. The cable will slide out of a hole in the lever. The other end is attached to the carburator by a little ben in the wire. Use needlenose plyers to remove from the throttle body of the carburator, replace as dismantled. Your good to go.
