My LOEWE. Xelos 5270 zw TV cant hold picture on 16:9 format.When I change channel its getting back on 4:3 or Zoom but it want stay on 16:9.Lokal TV services told me thats TV memory is bad and it must be changed but they cant memory for my model.Can you tell me where can I find memory for my TV?

-   My problem is that the tv is in ZOOM mode and we can't figure out a way to take it of. Everything is blurry and if watching any sports game, you cannot see the ticker ot the scores-   vwlover
