Dell gx520 will no boot, no response

I have a dell gx 520 that will not boot or have any response. I have changed power supply and also tested the power supply out of the system and they appear to work. There is a yellow light inside the system that is on all the time when power is connected.

Orange light

A solid amber light means you have an internal power problem. Your power supply has probably died.

you should replace the motherboard or the power supply of your computer. to determine which one to replace is a simple test. disconnect all that is connected to the motherboard and if the problem is still there, then the problem is the motherboard.

replace the power supply with a known good one. If that doesn't solve the problem then the motherboard is bad and would need to be replaced.
