Question about Xerox Phaser 7750GX Laser Printer
AFTER INSTALLING NEW IMAGING UNIT IN Xerox Phaser 7750, the entire page is covered with a film of what looks like black toner? any ideas?
Pon ese en el amarillo, si el fondo ahora es amarillo....

If the black film is gritty your new drum could be causing the developer housing to arc. make sure the ground strip on bottom of drum is connected.

Put the old image unit back in, if it prints normaly then you might have bought a defective image unit.
