Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold 9000 Smartphone
I am attempting to download the Amazon App to my BlackBerry Bold 9000 from the Amazon website download URL www.amazon.com/bb . I also tried: http://is.gd/rBOR link I found on CrackBerry.com When I click download, I get the error message:
"We're sorry, there was a problem with the Amazon
App download. Please try again later.
You may still access Amazon.com on your
BlackBerry by typing www.amazon.com in your
If you are viewing this page on your computer,
please visit www.amazon.com/bb on your mobile
device to download the Amazon App for BlackBerry."
Amazon CS says it is a BlackBerry browser or server setting problem. My Blackberry server people say it's not a server problem, and my browser downloads apps from other sites with no problem. ???
I had the same problems, it turns out my browser options were set to identify my bb browser as internet explore, you can also set it as firefox, once i changed it back to blackberry it worked fine, just go to browser menu options and change it.
