Question about Husqvarna Sewing Machines
I have a Husqvarna Scandanavia 300. It is not emroidering the deisgns correctly. At first I thought it may be the reader writer causing a file corruption as the machine would start doing the design correctly then start to put in errant stitches. I had the factory sample card which came with the machine and put it in, my reasoning being this card already had designs on it from Husqvarna. It did the same thing, some of the design works correctly and other parts are errant.
I have noticed when the design starts to sew incorrectly, if you stop the machinie and hit the ''Park'' button the embroidery arm will not go to the correct park position. It will move some but not all the way to the corner.
How do I determine if the problem is in the embroidery attachment or in the machine cpu itself? Is there a diagnostic program I can run it through? I have the service manual and nothing is listed to perform these type of checks.
More than likely its the main pc board but if you had another emb unit you could put that on your machine and if it works fine then its the board inside the emb unit
