Open it and check if all the wires are still well connected.

some powersuplay comes with 2 extra connectors a 4pin based switch connector and a alternate power supply for the fan...you must to be sure if it is comatible......check the model and search on google for compatibility ...

Recheck ur unit wiring for a lose or damages wiring connections between the DVD recoder player and the tv.This problems,u tries many recodering,have same result?Yes,than 100% u have wiring problems issues.

Mine did this it was the a capacitor on the Power Supply Board. C112, it is an Electrolytic 2200uF 16v.

Your problem is: After the power went out your Zephyr hood lights and fan don't work at all. There is a faint glow on the digital display but the fan and lights don't respond to pressing the control buttons.

First check the circuit breaker. If OK then check the transformer in the unit. It's next to the fan motor. If no power on the high side then you have a loose or broken connection. If you have no power on the low side the you have a bad transformer. If OK then you have a bad control board.

Had same problem & fuse fixed it.
Before buying a new control board (approx $160), check the 3 amp fuse located on the inside of the vent on the control board. You have to take the light/bottom housing & black plastic air chute off to see control board/fuse.
