Question about Motorola HT1000, MTS2000, MTX8000/9000 Compatible 2 Way Radio Battery Eliminator
We have a WPLN4079 BMS unit where one of the batteries charged at 1351 mah at 8.5 volts. The battery itself is only 1200 mah. Is it possible to have a reading higher that its actual capacity?
Yes, it is possible. We see this many times with new or near new batteries. (Sidenote: While saying this we must note you can also get an incorrect reading if you are using the wrong battery cup/adapter. Just because the battery fits the cup doesn't mean it is the correct cup.)
