Re: Xbox 360

Try turning the xbox on and pressing the TV/Video button on the tv or remote a few times and see if the picture comes up.

Xbox 360 won't turn on!! I was playing my xbox for all of 30 minutes, turned it off, went to turn it back on again an hour later, and nothing!! No red ring of death, no pop or spark, just nothing....

try this
I know its a little annoying but its useful trust me. The orange light usually means a problem with the power supply. This means WORST CARE SCENARIO you have to replace the power brick but you 99% dont have to get a new xbox.

I kicked my xbox 360 by accident when i was playing lp2 and i went to gamestop to get another one so i got a new disc but will my xbox scratch it and leave another ring around it again? plz help

The xbox will leave a ring as what happened. To prevent this from happening again move the xbox somewhere safer like on a table where it can not be moved or kicked. MAKE SURE TO LET IT VENTILATE!!!!!!!!!

My xbox won't read disk, nothing is wrong with the disks.

The reason that this happens is because the sensors on the back of the DVD drive have overheated.

When you overheat the Xbox it realligns the motherboard and the soldering gets supple again and will work for a little while, however this will not be permanent.

You will need to send it in to get it fixed or you can fix it yourself using a proven Xbox 360 Repair guide

Need help

Only certain Xbox games such as Halo 1 and 2 will play on the Xbox 360, there is a full list on microsft's website somewhere. to play these games your Xbox has to have a hard drive, and it must be on this list.
Sorry to be bearer of bad news if your fav Xbox game wont play, it happened to me when i got the 360
