Please specify in detail what you're experiencing. There are no fuses that you really should be changing within any computer hardware. What exactly is going on and what do you see?

i'm not sure there is a fuse at least not on the mother board... there is one in the power supply tho.... it's usually soldered in.

the fuse in the power supply? you unplug it, open it, buy the RIGHT fuse and change it. Its about an inch long and usually glass with chrome ends. Or jus buy a new cheap power supply, as there MUST have been a reason it blew in the first place. Look for other problems as well
