LG Flatron L1515S doesn't need a driver to be installed on Windows Computer or any other systems. If you have problem with it, then it should be your graphics driver that you would need to install. Similarly W1943TB-PF doesn't need driver. (I am not sure which one among the two LG Flatrons you have since your question is tagged under the LG Flatron L1515S while your problem refers to LG Flatron W1943TB. Most monitors are plug and play meaning that they dont need a driver. If you are looking for your display driver you will need to get it from the display adapter
Try the monitor on another computer to rule out the problem being in the video card on the computer. Until you do the "rule out", can't offer you much.
