I have a Kobo Glo. I use the Adobe digital system to download all my books primarily from the public library . I've had no problems (got this in June) . Now when I tap the sync tab I get an error message. My books have downloaded. My Adobe system "seems" to be working however it has dropped a book I bought a few months ago. It's still on my Kobo , just not on the PC Adobe library list. Please help! Thanks

Are you sure you have not exceeded your memory capability?If it has it will bump a book every time you add a new one..it has to to load the new one each time ..may require a larger micro memory card...OR you could have dropped a driver from the adobe file and checking settings. you may have to do updates on it..Or you have a problem with syncing ..again that may be just an update to KOBO default settings.Hope these can help .Kobo.com support can help as a last resort ..GOD BLESS

Go to the library screen and tap the button on the far right top corner. This will make your books into a list. To delete a book, simply slide your finger from right to left and hit the red delete button that appears.

Hello,

Since you have purchased the book and it's not working or refuse to sync, then it means its not compatible. SI would advice you ask for a refund or ask the site to give you a book that would be compatible.

To contact the owners of the website for a refund, check the top of down part of the site, you will find "Contact Us". Click the contact us and you will find a e-mail address and phone number. Contact the site and they should either refund your money or give you a book that would be compatible.

SOURCE: I purchased two books tonight for my Kobo E-Reader and the money has been taken out of my checking accout. I cannot get the two books to load onto my Kobo. PLEASE HELP.

It may take some time for your deposit to show up in their account ????

SOURCE: kobo ereader will not sync, says it is full, when there are no books and lots of memory left

when my kobo was brand new out of the box I tried to set it up using the kobo software and got a message saying that the memory was full which obviously wasn't the case. I now use caliber to put all of my books on my kobo and it seems to work perfectly. Hope this helps

I cannot download library e-books - when I get adobe up and ready to receive the downloaded book, it says it cannot open the book. I have used the library EPUB books for a couple of years with no problems....
This is likely a problem with Adobe Digital Edition authorization. The Digital Rights Management (DRM) feature once employed to protect publications from copyright violations is sometimes perplexing to deal with. The link below follows someone attempting to correct the situation. The advice there in seems to involves deleting authorization and reauthorizing procedures which you have to "get just right" or the process fails. People using Overdrive encounter this problem sometimes. I encourage you to work your way through the discussion to glean the details of what works and what does not. If you don't see your books there, you didn't buy them under that user account, or they're been removed from your account. Call Kobo support in either case.

If the books are there, make sure your Kobo eReader is also logged in using the same account. To do that,
1 - Open the menu
2 - Tap Settings
3 - Tap Account

Under 'Signed in as', you should see your user account. If not, tap in Sign in and log in. After that you can sync your library with your Kobobooks.com account from the menu again.

Ereader seems frozen says protected by drm can not read any books i downloaded
Where did you download the books from? If from your public library, then you need to go to Adobe Digital Editions and register your computer and ereader (with the same id). If you bought the books from the Sony Book Store, then I don't know what the issue is.

Your library should have information on what you need to do.

if your reader will not sync with your ebooks. try to use the adobe digital editions (http://www.adobe.com/products/digitaleditions/)
download the app then download the epub/pdf format of the book. Use the ADE to transfer the book(drag&drop the book in the slick reader)
