Thank you for the immediate response. Actually it worked, after re-installing the program many times, over and over again to different directories! Many thanks again!

Try this, i'm not really sure what the problem is because i've never used Muveereveal, but try uninstalling it, and removing its folder from c:\programfiles\Muveereveal, because even though you uninstall it, some times some registries stay in that folder and it can just be restoring the same files over and over again, you can do that or when re-installing it and it ask you what directory you would like to save it at, instead of c;\programfiles\Mueereveal, add an "s" at the end of the folder confusing the computer making it think its a new program. You can also try deleting all the registry that come installed with this software and reinstalling it....

i hope this helped.

Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium 2015 cannot find or recognize many of my saved MVP Project files. All previous saved project files still show in MEP 2015 folder. How do I get MEP 2015 to open them?

Magix software can be fickle at times. All I can suggest is that you are very careful with files and directories associated with the working files of the software. One tiny change will produce a file not found response. You can sometimes manually take it the missing file, but it's messy.
I suggest that any outputted files are not directly changed, but left where they are. If you want to do with something afterwards create a new folder and copy the files you want into that folder. Then change those files.
If you look at the original files that you worked on, you will see around four files near it. Deleting any of these files will produce that response. If you alter any of the original files you worked, you will get the same response. Because the Magix files around it will no longer match with the file you altered.

The Movie artwork has been removed from my screenplay DX and when i try to add it by re-scanning it says it can't find any. The unit is attached to the network and internet and can access Netflix so it is...

IMDB which is how the Screenplay DX receives it's movie art and info from has updated to VPI 3, this version is not supported by the a Screenplay and no update is planned from Iomega/Lenovo. The only way that I've been able to get the movie art back on is going to IMDB and downloading the movie art on a pin drive and copy it to the Screenplay. Important note when you save the movie art file, you must save it with the exact file name as your movie, this is also case sensitive example if your movie is saved as ARGO.mp4 and you save a movie art file as argo.jpg it will not work you have to save it as ARGO.jpg. It's a tedious process but it's the only solution that I've found also keep a copy of all your movie art. It may delete if you power of the system completely. I use QuickStart so the screenplay never powers down completely. Hope this helps

Sometimes when trying to view a video on a media player, you might be greeted with a prompt that states the appropriate codec is not installed. This occurance happens often. Xvid codec is the codec required to play Xvid movies. Without it installed on the computer system, you will just receive those error messages when trying to watch an Xvid movi

Start a new project and save the project files on their default location. Don't save it anywhere else. i hope this will work.. If the problem remains then it would be a demo version just for promoting the product and you can buy the full version and then make your own projects and also save them.

I have a total video player but can't start

Hi,
Flash is a programming language that many publishers use to create animations, games, and interactive programs for the web. Flash is also used for programs run locally on a users computer. To use these Flash based programs and web applets, the end-user must have Flash Player installed. One component of Flash Player is a file called “flash.ocx.” If this file is missing or damaged, you may get an error message.

There seems to be two root causes of this error. A description and solution for each follows:
  • You receive the error message “Cannot find the file flash.ocx” every time you start your computer or each time you open your web browser (such as Internet Explorer). This is usually the result of a missing “flash.ocx” file caused by an incomplete installation of Flash. Here’s how to remedy the problem:
    1. Download the Flash Player uninstaller from Macromedia. Save it somewhere convenient.
    2. Run the downloaded program and allow it to finish.
    3. Once the uninstall completes, restart your computer.
    4. Visit the Flash Player website and download/install the latest Flash Player version.
    5. That’s it!
  • You receive the error message “Cannot find the file flash.ocx” at seemingly random intervals or when starting a specific program (other than your web browser). First, perform steps 1-4 of the previous solution. This will insure you have the latest version of Flash Player installed. If you still receive the error message, continue with the steps below:
    1. Navigate to the folder “C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\”. In this folder you will see a file named “Flash9f.ocx”.
    2. Make copy of the “Flash9f.ocx” file in the same folder as the original (copy the original, then paste the copied file into the same folder).
    3. Rename the newly made copy to “Flash.ocx”.
    4. If the previous steps don’t eradicate the error messages, change your screen saver to one of the defaults that are included with Windows (such as “3D Text”).

I'm am trying to play age of mythology and after the movie ends, error appears and states "initialization failed".

Initialization failed

This means that the game is attempting to initialize hardware such as the video card but has failed

This can be caused by a number of factors.

1. Your hardware does not meet the games hardware requirements
2. Your hardware requires farther configuration to run the game properly

if you are certan that the game supports your hardware you may need to perform
some extra steps to get your game working

"Failed to initialize" is an incomplete error message because it does not tell you what exactly failed
a more complete error message would read "Failed to initialize the video subsystem" and then it would give an error code such as Error Code xxx telling you exactly what error code to look up
to determine what exactly failed.

Most of the time when a game says ( failed to initialize ) that means a video issue
this may mean missing files or wrong versions of files or incompatable hardware.
