Problem for Dell (E210882) Motherboard
E210888, no power, light on near the place marked
Happened when trying to turn on, switch not respond. Found light near the place marked F

- I tested, Power Pupply is OK. Why the light is on the motherboard even without switch on? Fan on power suppy was not on either.Same Problem

- Working on a computer for a co worker found the same results.Won't power up but light on Mother board. At first I thought it was the power supply but shorting pins 14 and 15 the fan started running. Pulled the mother board to check for burns or any indication of short none found. - Motherboard does not POST but there is a Light on the motherboard indicating power. A new power supply was installed, but no life yet.Reset Bios, and Chassis Intrusion not the answer. Slight burn in smell, (not new board) but no heat. Possible overheating due to heat from dust.

My fix turned out to be a replacment Mother Board, $95.00 Ebay buy it now. Computer is up and running and gone.

i had the same problem, and was a little shortcut with the board and the case, try to check if your board is touching a some little aluminium parts of
the board, sorry but my english its not too good.
Cuida los tornillos del board que no esten tocando nada, la parte si la parte de abajo del board toca algo de aluminio por seguridad el no te prendera ,trata de montar el board en algo de forma tal que no toke el case
