You may use a CD installer (i.e. Windows XP driver). Most CDs are bootable. You have to insert the CD and then restart the computer.

Once the computer restarted, it will recognize first the bootable CD and you will be prompted if you'd like to boot using the CD.

NOTE: Don't hit anything on your keyboard so that the computer will boot using the CD and you may now format your hard drive and install a new operating system.

My hd sata 750 gb is not recognized

Hello sir, hi, check your bios setup, usually you press F10, F2 or del key to go to bios, and find setup for HDD, make sure the HDD is connected/enabled. If not the HDD sata drive may be loose. Under the Laptop, locate a cylindrical icon, this is where the access panel to the HDD, open the slot, and see if the hdd is solidly connected. If the problem still persist, buy a new hard drive, but first get warranty for it. stores usually give a year. check it first.

Would be a pass word that you need.

How to enter the BIOS or CMOS setup.

New computers Thankfully, computers that have been manufactured in the last few years will allow you to enter the CMOS by pressing one of the below five keys during the boot.
A user will know when to press this key when they see a message similar to the below example as the computer is booting. Some older computers may also display a flashing block to indicate when to press the F1 or F2 keys.
Press <F2> to enter BIOS setup
Tip: If your computer is a new computer and you are unsure of what key to press when the computer is booting, try pressing and holding any key on the keyboard. This will cause a stuck key error, which may allow you to enter the BIOS setup.
