Programming procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list & set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. See it in "Mosaic" view. It will make surf easier. http://electrohelponline.blogspot.com/
Please log onto www.Dynatron.com , enter your model number, then click on 'Codes". There you will see codes for all television models...find Zenith, jot down the codes given. You will see several. Write them all down seeing you won't know yet which one to use. Then click on "Programming A Remote". You will see both manuel and automatic search selections. Print these (or write down) and keep...You WILL need them in front of you for the programming to take place. Keep in mind...programming a TV sometimes takes several trys (AND sometimes several trys using different codes, of course ONLY one code WILL be the working code.) Take your time, understand what you are reading to ensure you have understood the steps you MUST take in the timely manner you have in which to complete. In short...know the steps, see the codes(DO one at a time), and press the selected buttons in a quickset timetable to ensure you have captured and programmed the code for YOUR television. If you should encounter any other problems related to your rwemote, please refer to the "TROUBLESHOOTING" guide on the Dynatron website. Good Luck!
What kind of television are you trying to program the Zenith Remote to? If it is a Zenith TV, it should work after replacing the batteries. If not, the remote returns to the factory default to the Zenith Code. If you changed the batteries cuz the unit would not function, the remote itself may be defective. Replacements are still available at a ZENITH dealer at a nominal cost.
if you have this zenith remote the ZN110. then yes it should work your RCA TV. but no one knows the codes or how to program it. so i suggest for you to try and get your original remote that goes with your tv. find the model number of your tv and go to www.replacementremotes.com and search for it. then they will bring up your original remote, if your original is no longer available then they will show you a compatible replacement.
