There is a BIOS Password on this PC it sounds like. If you are comfortable with this, open the computer. You will see a watch battery. Near it will be a little plastic thing on two of 3 metal spikes. Thats a jumper. Move it to the other side of the three spikes. Turn the PC on. Once it boots for a little bit, it probably won't let you do anything. Turn it back off and put the jumper back in the right place. If that isn't there take out the battery you see, keep it out for 30 seconds, unplug from the power as well. Put the battery back in, it may fix your problem.

Simple answer, find the password. Complicated answer, do whats above :-) Good luck!

Help you to Remove Windows 7 Password

Remove Account Password & Turn Off Password Protection in Windows 7

One of the great features of Windows 7 is User account password protection. At last articles we learn how to create a Windows 7 logon password and how to change login password in Windows 7. However, there are times when removing a password from an account make sense. Learn how to turn off Windows 7 password protection.

Everyone can have his/her own account in win7. This avoids the obvious annoyances and security risks associated with sharing a desktop and having everyone's files available to all other users of the computer.
However, there are times when turning off password protection on a Windows 7 account makes sense. For example, if you are the only user of your computer, it may not make sense to have to type in a password every time you turn on your computer. Another case is that you are a forgetful person and you often forgot your Windows 7 User Password, you don't want to reset lost password each time you can't remember it.

Another reason you may want to remove account password protection is if you need multiple people to share the same account. Finally, if you want to set up a public account, you need to make sure people have access by not password protecting the account. Whatever your reasons, Windows 7 makes it easy to turn off password protection for an account.

Turn off Windows 7 Password ProtectionTo turn off password protection for Windows 7 account, make sure you are set up as an administrator on your computer. Then, begin by clicking on Start and then open up the Control Panel.start-control-panel-windows7.jpgIn the Windows 7 Control Panel, click the User Accounts and Family Safety option.

Under the User Accounts section, click on Change Your Windows Password.

In the Make Changes to Your User Account window, click on Remove Your Password.

Here, Windows 7 asks you to confirm your choice to remove your password by typing in your current password. This step is critical because it prevents just anyone from hijacking your account by removing or resetting the password. After you have typed in your current password, click the Remove Password button.

Windows 7 then takes you back to the Make Changes to Your User Account window. Unfortunately, Windows does nothing to confirm that you have indeed removed your password other than the new option on this window titled Create a Password for Your Account.

Verify Removal of PasswordYou can verify that Windows 7 has removed your password by logging out of your account and clicking on your account icon again. Notice that this time Windows 7 did not ask you for a password but instead simply logged you in.

Remember that anyone who has access to your computer can now log in to your account with typing password. Also, understand that anyone who steals your computer will also have access to your account and your private files. With no password protection, anyone can also set a new password and lock you out of your own account. Be certain that you want to turn off password protection for your account before you make your private files vulnerable.

How can I reset my system password?

Disabling a Forgotten Password

If you forget the system password, you will be unable to operate the system until disabling the password. Disabling the password involves going inside the computer and changing a jumper setting (twice) on the system board.
To disable a forgotten password, perform the following steps:
  1. Turn off the system and remove the cover.
  2. Move the jumper plug on jumper A to pins 2 and 3 to disable the password(s).
  3. Turn on the computer. Powering up the system with jumper A set to the disabled position erases existing password(s). Before assigning a new system password, you must reset jumper A to the enabled position.
  4. Turn off the computer.
  5. Place a jumper plug on pins 1 and 2 of jumper A to enable the password features.
  6. Replace the computer cover.

Turn off smart password entry
You can turn off smart password entry to reduce the chance that someone might guess your BlackBerry® device password or smart card
password based on the smart password filter that your device applies to password fields.
1. In the device options, click Security Options.
214
2. Click General Settings.
3. Set the Smart Password Entry field to Disabled.
4. Press the Menu key.
5. Click Save.

For your information .........

If you use two-factor authentication and your BlackBerry® device password or smart card password is numeric, you might be able to use
smart password entry in some password fields. When smart password entry is turned on, your device is designed to remember the format
of a password that you type in a password field. When you type the password again, your device applies a smart password filter to the
password field. If the password is numeric, a 123 indicator appears beside the password field and you do not have to press the Alt key to
type numbers. If the password is alphanumeric, an ABC indicator appears beside the password field.
Smart password entry prerequisites
• Verify that the correct smart card driver and smart card reader driver are installed on your BlackBerry® device.
• Verify that two-factor authentication is turned on

Can't turn off Vista Master Password for the software security device

Removing your master password
  • Firefox 1.5: "Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Passwords -> Remove Master Password"
  • Firefox 2.0: "Tools -> Options -> Security -> Passwords -> Uncheck "Use a master password". You will be prompted for your Master Password.
  • Thunderbird: "Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Passwords -> Remove Master Password"
If you have lost or forgotten your Master Password or you want to disable the feature, you can reset your master password. Upon resetting, you will lose all the stored information in the Password Manager as this is a built-in security feature to prevent people from simply resetting your Master Password to gaining access to your passwords.
For Firefox you can also look at the Troubleshooting section in Password Manager.
  • Firefox: Enter "chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul" in the Location Bar, press Enter, then click "Reset"
  • Thunderbird 1.5: "Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Saved Passwords -> Master Password -> Reset Password".
  • Thunderbird 2: Choose Tools – Error Console, paste the expression: openDialog("chrome://pippki/content/resetpassword.xul") and press the Evaluate button. That will open a dialog asking you if you want to reset your password.
  • For Mozilla Suite: "Edit -> Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Master Passwords -> Reset Password".
