Need to know how and what parts to flush mount it

Bought a 52" ceiling fan on clearance at home depot. Need directions and possible parts to be able to flush mount it. not sure of the ceiling fan model number. on the fan it has ceiling fan 44F8, serial number BF2155012, Vendor 654033, and on the attached tag it has 654-451. Can anyone help me get info on how to flush mount this fan and what/where to get the parts I may need? Thanks. Derrick

I have the same problem, except I got my fan out of storage. Someone else took it down from when I moved and I have no idea how to re-mount it.

    Ceiling fan 44F8. Vendor # 654033. Motor M42S.

The problem is the square bracket on the fan motor does not fit with the ceiling mount. Not sure if I am missing a piece. Picture is attached.

SOURCE: Does anyone have an exact cross-reference for a

I disassembled the switch and determined that a Switchco catalog #A01 which is a Zing Ear #ZE-208S would solve the problem. The switch required must support OFF => ON L+1 => ON L+2 => ON L+3. The Home Depot switch appears to have contacts configured similar to Switchco catalog #A09. I replaced the Sabre PC-18 with the Switchco A01 model and it works fine now.

I have a Hampton Bay ceiling fan model 56-ant that is currently mounted flush. Can it be installed on a vaulted ceiling with a pole?

Yes. In flush mount configuration, it has about a 3" pole connecting the ball-mount that sits in the cup-shaped bracket. You just need to replace that short pole with one that is as long as you want. Lowe's Home Improvement or Home Depot sells them up to six feet long.

These fans are sold by Home Depot and you can download the instructions from their site. They show two versions. Here's the link for one with etched glass, and here's the one with three separate lights.

Where can I find a remote control for Hampton Bay Model # UC7078T?

As far as I know, the kits sold at Home Depot that are labeled "Hampton Bay" should work on any of their models. The critical point is making sure the receiver module fits in the ceiling mount -- and I've never had a case where it hasn't fit. In any case, it's a mounting issue and not a fan model issue.

My usual challenge is knowing which orientation to place the module into the mount. I've found that in most (if not all) cases, holding the bigger end with my right hand and having the flat part facing up fits nicely. (The antenna will be on the leading edge, so guide it through the mount.)

I have had a Hampton Bay Antigua Plus 56'' ceiling fan for about four years now. The blades have sagged so much that now I cannot even put the globe over the lights. I only want to know if there is any way...

Try not to take that person serious. I would tighten the screws on the brackets around the fan. Only a phillips screw driver needed for this task. The blades on mine are hardened
However, the problem I have is with finding a replacement bracket:
I found that Hampton Bay is a wholly owned subsidiary of Home Depot (look it up). That being said, I contacted Home Depot and the associate had no protocol in getting me in a better direction.
The problem I have is the lacking of integrity shown by Home Depot in this particular situation. I knew nothing about Hampton Bay ceiling fans being that of a subsidiary onto Home Depot. I am a potential customer to the Depot but, will attempt to research all methods possible to save myself an unnecessary trip to flirt with possibility of a non-fitting universal bracket. BALLS!!!

I would like to order a replacement light kit for this ceiling fan. Mine is Brushed nickel however

Hampton bay is an exclusiove brand of Home Depot. Yopu shopuld be able to get a new light kit to fit your fan there or try any lighting store or Lowes. You will need to bring the old one with you to compare the size of the mounting plate and the araingement of the mounting screws to the new kit.

Just bought a Alture can I get a short rod since our ceilings are

Yes, you should be able to find a shorter fan rod at Home Depot or Lowe's or other building supply stores. If not you could possibly shorten the rod that came with the fan by carefully measuring how much needs to be removed, disassembling the fan and using a hacksaw to cut the rod to the length you need.

I need a celing mounting bracket for 52in 5 blade encon ceiling fan. where can i get one the model # is 94b03-0395

I just uninstalled my 29 year old Encon flush mount fan light. The number on the base is E101004. It was a lighted base. The mount bracket is built into the base. It is the 4 prong and hook style the allows the motor to hang suspended while wiring and then swings up. There is a glass ring that is sandwiched between the base plate and decorative bottom.
It's the only usable part besides the 4 glass light covers. You can save this from the land fill if you haven't purchased a replacement fan.

Hampton Bay Ceiling Fan - Clarington 503837 52"

It slides in above right above the ball, in the mounting bracket where the canopy is. You may have to kind of encourage it to go in there, and you will need to push wiring off to the sides and out of the way to help it have clearance to get in there.
