No more steam, it licks water instead

My Saeco worked great till, suddenly, it started to drop water from beneath while trying to prepare coffee, and the steam-hotwater function does not work anymore. Any clue?

My saeco v-spresso no coffee, no steam and no water. I can hear the pump runs for 5 sec. and stops. few drops of water through the steamer.

Press the steam knob in when that happens, if it continues to flow normal then the steam valve assembly needs to be replaced.

Saeco Talea Giro no steam or water from spout

I have the same problem as well, talked to a repair shop and it's definitely a "send in" or warranty repair. I was told it's an o-ring issue. I have no water coming out of the steam wand and it goes into the dispense tray instead.

The steam knob only turns 1/4 turn to left

!/4 turn is all the Magic and Royal machines will do. Don't try to turn it farther or you could break the steam valve.

No steam at all

I think you have calcium in the tube from the rapid seam element, try to decalcify the machine.
