Question about Whirlpool Dryers
The dryer will run, but doesn't ignite. Doesn't seem to be getting power from the switch part# 3388235, to the gas controller/igniter. Would a bad switch cause the problem? The dryer is a Whirlpool Modle LGC6646AWO.
The ignitor could have a crack in it, so that it never glows.
If you have an ohm meter you can check through the leads on the end (with the wires removed)
I'm not sure but I think it is supposed to be between 30 and 60 ohms
