I just got my new inspiron 1525 laptop and once i turned it on it shows dell media direct in the middle and on top it says missing operating sys i tried putting in all the programs it comes with but it would even load not one of them any solution
If you do not have an operating system disk to load take it back where you bought it. They should give you another one.
Tell you the truth, I would take it back anyway. That's not good business. Probably an oversight, but bad business nonetheless.
