Lg shine wont turn on

i had the same problem and took my phone back and got another one and this one does the same thing. I know its a pain but i have to take the battery out and wait a couple of seconds and try to switch it back on again. Hope this helps.

there is a reset button under the battery pack, bottom right-hand corner... i had to use a pin to push it, but then (after reinserting the battery) my phone worked again... not so super happy with this being a problem

you guys its probably because A you didnt take good care of it or B it needs to be charged

My phone keeps turning itself off too...I just got my phone maybe a month ago and I went back to the store today and they can only send me another one. I called a week ago and the woman I spoke to told me that its a common problem for the phone to turn itself off. All I have to do to turn it back on though is just hold down the end button.

i have one too and when mine turned off by itself you just have ti taje oiut the batter, re insert it and turn it on again

This just happened to me

I took the battery out and put it back in then turned it on, started working again. I'm going to rogers tomorrow to see why it does this.

and to the person above me you need to charge your battery first.. read the manuals so you dont mess up your phone

ok my phone wouldnt turn on as well...
so i took all the videos, pictures etc...
from my phone and transfered it to my computer
via the adapter.... before you know it your phone will
work magically :)

Hi I have the same problem when I play songs- I justg posted wondering if anyone else has the same problem! It will play a few songs then shut off- I then have to take the battery out and reload the phone! I thought that maybe it I was running out of power or it was because I used different head phones but it isn't that either- i really hope that this phone isn't a lemon model!

I'm having the same problem. I was listening to a song, and when the song ended I was wondering why it wouldn't play the next song. Now it won't turn on.... weird.

i really need help with this to! i got mone out of the box...and it just wont turn on!!!!!
