Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
I bought a apparently bricked PSP off of a friend. I bought a pandora battery and magic memory stick and i still can not get it to work. When trying to update the firmware or doing a nand dump it will freeze and shut off every time
Did you dump or restore nand dump saves current nand restore deletes current nand and replaces it with one saved on memory stick.if it is bricked it doesn't necesarily need a nand repair nand is when you have issues loading firmware or issues with umd drive menu bar. so if you can load a firm ware load it don't touch the nand till it does not allow a firmware update and if you have some glitches after firmware update try idstorage rewrite in the nand tools.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
