Bad motor for screen

The first time my screen wouldn't come out i turned the system off and back on and it worked. About two weeks later it quit working all together. Where can i get the parts to fix it or is there a simple way. Also how do you bypass the system where the gps doesn't block out the video while in motion? Any help would be appreciated.

The parts you can order straight from pioneer(which is expensive) or you can get on ebay and find one that is broken or just parts and get the parts off that one. as far as the bypass if you take out the head unit and flip is upside down you will see a little silver sticker, peel this off. its will have to tiny little metal connections. you have to solder these together. its a rather difficult soldering task and i dont recommend it for someone who has never soldered before because if you mess it up you can try again and your unit cannot be bypassed.

The rear wiper on my 2004 GMC Yukon quit working and about two weeks later the rear defrost quit working too. I have checked the fuses and they are ok. Any suggestions?

Same as with all vehicle issues

Check the fuses

Then get out the Wiring Diagrams & get familiar with the
system & pick a test point, or start taking things apart, to get
to the motor or your test points, the most logical part to
have possibly failed

No one can do that for you or tell you what the problems are

Always need a vehicle to test

Electric start just whirrs and wouldn't start...

You have to check if the starter solenoid is bad. To do that you have to locate it, then put a screwdriver across the positive and negative terminals. There will be sparks, so don't panic.
If the starter spins, you have to replace the solenoid, if not then try jump starting the scooter with a bigger battery; yours might be bad.
If that still doesn't work, you may have a bad starter motor, loose wires, bad starter relay, blown fuse or even a bad brake switch.
- but first try to start again and again - sometimes it starts after several attempts....

Hi, i have a 2008 suzuki boulevard C90T. When i turn on ignition i have power to everything except start button. Is it common for the switch to go bad or should i start tracing wires for a bad one? thank...

Is your kill switch off? And sometimes the buttons get dirty and some contact cleaner flushed through them helps get them working again.
NOTE Make sure the contact cleaner is safe on plastics. Radio Shack has it on the shelf.

Heater would only work on high for last two years. One day it quit working, but we found that a fuse had blown. Now, a few weeks later, it quit again. This time it is not a fuse. The car is a 2000 Ford...

sounds like a bad swich. but since it all of a sudden quit on you the blower motor could be bad as well. you can connect power and ground to blower to see if it works. if it turns then the swich is bad.

I have a memorex stereo, turntable, 3 cd changer etc. The standby light comes on but no sound, it is only 2 yrs old..

Sometimes you have to unplug it for about 30 seconds, then when you plug it in press the power on button. If there is still no sound, check the speaker connections on the back they sometimes come loose.

Shuts down after few loads....will run again after cool down.

sounds like motor is overheating,if capacitor is faulty this could be cause, the microfarards should be as per whats on side of capacitor,or motor could be bad ,most motors have a thermistor which stops motor from running if it overheats, next time it happens check if the motor is very hot ,be careful it could be very hot, make sure unit is switched off, also could be an overheated mains wire but usually fuse blows in this case, hope this helps

The air quit blowing cold for two weeks then started again, three weeks later quit then a week later started working.

Sounds to me like its time to go to a service shop and have your AC recharged, it could be that the amount of refrigerant in your AC system is low, possibly depleted. I would go have that checked out, there is not much that you can do personally unless you are liscensed to handle/recharge refrigerant systems, if in that case your in luck.
