thank you mrwduff--it did not work.the apple store said it's probably an internal problem in the printer.it's time for a new printer.this is a replacement printer for a canon that did not work.that one and this one only lasted one year each.i have an epson that is 5 years old and still works.i guess canon is inferior.thank you.

Konica minolta C353 delete job history

If you're not the admin then you can't have access to the job history delete options but note that job history only keep records of jobs done not save the actual jobs done. Jobs can only be saved into the box and accessed from there.

When I cancel a printing job, it stays waiting to be printed the next time I want to print. How do I delete it completely. Is there a list of printing jobs that I could edit?

If you are on a Windows computer, there will be a printer icon in the bottom right corner where the time is. Click on it twice. Or right click and Active. Then click printer and delete all documents.

Key is flashing. Internet blue light is on. Printer gets signal for print job but won't print until I USB connect it to my Macbook OS 10.6.

Hi,

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue

The print queue and Dock printer icon
When you start a print job, you will see your printer icon appear in your Dock. Click the Printer icon to open the print queue, which is a list of print jobs that are printing, on hold, or paused. The print queue will also display messages sent from the printer.
You can alternatively open the print queue from the Print & Fax pane of System Preferences.

  8. Scanner - Visible if you have a multi-function printer connected via USB. Click it to set the Print Queue into Scanner mode.
You can see what your print job looks like with Quick Look. Click the arrow on the print job just to the left of the Status column or select the print job and press the Spacebar.
From the Print Queue menu bar, the "Printer" menu has these additional options:

I am trying to delete all other jobs and jusr print a new job and my printer is just continuing printing out all the old jobs. I have deleted them from the list but it is still printing them. Any ideas??

Hi,
I had the same problem once. Try this... with the printer on ... unplug it. This might empty out the buffer on the printer. If it doesn't, do this...let it start to print and then hit cancel. Let it spit out the paper and then reload that piece of paper back onto the tray. Do this till all the old jobs have been completed. At least you didn't waste a lot of paper and ink.
Thanks,

Kodak all in one printer

If you can’t print and you’ve tried other solutions, reset the print system. The process deletes all printers from your Printer list, deletes information about all completed print jobs, and deletes all printer presets.
1.) Select Apple menu > System Preferences and click Print & Fax.
2.) Hold down the Control key as you click in the Printer list, and choose “Reset printing system” from the pop-up menu that appears.
3.) then, Add the printers you use.

Deleting completed jobs

Try going to System Preferences (either in the Dock or from the Apple Menu)
Then Print&Fax
Then on the left side of the window is a list of all printers.
If you double-click on the printer, another window opens
Your old print jobs should appear here.
Choose Select All from the Edit menu (or Command-A)
There is a Delete button at the top left. Click it and the old print jobs should be erased.
