THIS MACHINE SAYS CALL TECH FOR SERVICE CODE C0501. I WOULD LIKE TO RESET IT SO THAT I COULD USE IT UNTIL I GET A TECH OUT. IT WILL NOT COPY OR ANYTHING. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN.

- I did all of these solutions and nothing worked. I can't even find a reset button on this machine. I know that this is an older model probably like a 2000 yr model.Solution #1

Hello sir; Just press "trouble reset switch" it will take care of you, open front door you will find the switch.
