Question about Xerox WorkCentre M940 InkJet Printer
My M940 will not print documents from my computer. I went online and installed the neccessary drivers that would be compatible with XP and still no results. I'm not sure what the problem is because all the diagnostics tests that were ran on my PC failed. Can anyone help?
Does the printer power on? How do you have it connected to the computer? I.e., does it use a usb cable, parallel cable, or is it connected through the network?
