Question about Computers & Internet
The video card I have installed is a Nvidia 9800 GTX. After instsalling the latest driver as of 4/15/09, the screen flickers for just a second and displays once again. It happens quite a few times and during simple task like surfing the web, checking the documents folder, etc. The only culprit I can find is having the display at the default monitors resolution which is 1400x900. The problem has only occured after installing the Nvidia drivers from the website. If the display is set to 1200x720 resolution, the problem does not occur.
Your problem may not be your video card ; check the resolution abilities of your monitor.....you may be exceeding the parameters of your monitor
