I HAVE HAD THIS UNIT FOR 2 YRS AND IT WAS PRINTING FINE UNTIL TODAY I HAVE GONE THROUGH ALL SUGGESTIONS IN THE MANUAL,NO SOLLUTION THERE, NO ERROR CODE ON SCREEN. THIS IS MY THIRD BROTHER UNIT AND I FEEL IT WILL BE MY LAST

I had the same problem and what I found was that the IP address I used did not agree with the IP address stored in the printer. You can find the IP address using the setup TCP/IP option from the menu button. I changed the IP address in the TCP/IP port properties and it worked. I don't know how it changed, but I suspect the IP changed because of a conflict. When I turned the laptop off the IP went back to the original one that I had been using.
