The least you can try is by using a vacuum or airblow on the fins.

1994mitsubishispacewagon still overheats after replacing auxilliary fan sensor, cleaned the hoses, pls help

Thermostat stuck take it out. leave it out .. try it ...then
put in a new one...or water pump weak. Also try wiring the auxiliary fan and any other fans so that anytime the vehicles motor is ON the fans are ON don't depend on a sensor on a Mitsubishi of that that don't come on soon enough, or stay on long enough, or turn on at all without letting you know until the motor overheats..... , are the leading cause of death for vehicles~!! lol

You need to clean the filters and coils on this unit so the error code will go away and the unit will work like it should. If it can't get clean air across the coils it will freeze up and not circulate any air. Most common issues are dirty filters and dirty coils that prevent air flow. Is the fan working to blow air? this code could also mean the fan is not working. Check on these and let me know.

DDR2504 dehumidifier has always worked well. Now the fan runs and all seems normal, but the humidity is not dropping and you can tell that the dehumidifier is not cutting in and out. I do not have it on...

derkfarm - It may simply be a case of the humidity extraction level being set to high and/or the air intake filter needs to be removed and cleaned.

Solution: Lower the humidity extraction level to 32 - 35% and clean the air filter.

If the unit is in a basement, the ambient air temperature at floor level is colder than at chest level. Dehumidifiers don't work well at temperatures between 40 - 60 degrees F.

Solution: Set the unit up off the floor on a sturdy table, cabinet, counter top, etc. It must be sturdy enough to handle the weight of the unit, plus a full tank of water and the vibration, while in operation.

Any or all the simple solutions above may solve the problem. But, we won't know, until you try them.

Please let me know if it helped or didn't solve the problem. Thanks.

Cleaning should be a regular task (at least yearly). Fan is probably hitting something, or the crud attached to it is hitting something.
Sometimes you just have to brave it. Consider this: You can't break what is already broken. Use tape: Apply all screws to tape -- don't loose them. Do not bend the fins -- air needs to freely flow past them. Do not puncture one of the pipes -- freon needs to stay in them.
Above all: Hum a tune while you clean and wear a smile or you might upset the cooler.
Just because I did not tell you to unplug it does not mean you should get stupid. Wear your thinking cap and a smile :o).
