Question about i-mate JasJam Smartphone
You can hard reset (get back to factory defaults) your device by pressing both the soft buttons on the front-top of your PDA, while pressing them you also have to press the reset button with your pen. Then you have to unpress all of them and wait a couple of minutes for the hard reset to be completed.
