Show to overheat

My sk200lc kobelco excavator shows to be overheating even at start up, according to the display in the cab. I replaced the water sending unit but it also has a thermal sw. on the water jacket next to the sending unit. When I unplug the thermal switch, the overheat allert goes out, but the bar graph rapidly shows that the temp. is rising and goes to the overheating alarm again. When that happens I checked the motor and radiator and I can put my hand on them and there just warm, not hot.

A rodent ate into my wireing to my JD135 RTS and by luck I saw the spot where it was barely nicked causing my High Temp. Light to go on. Another tip for every machine with HVAC Systems CLEAN THE COILS ALL OF THEM. Not just water but a good coil cleaner that contains Sodium Hydroxide .

I would think that the wire to the water sending unit has rubbed through to ground somewhere so its reading false.

Kobelco sk210 hydraulic excavator engine getting overheated.what is the reason?

the first thing I would check is the radiator fins for a build up of dust preventing the air flow
next would be the viscous fan hub if it has one
next would be to check if it has a radiator cooler for the hydraulic system and if it has then check why the transmission oil is getting so hot
check fan drive belts for condition and tension
Lastly have a compression test done to check for head gasket or cracked heads

Kobelco sr135 excavator won't slew right or left.

You have an hydraulic problem in most likeyhood. Check the fluid level, check the lines. I don't know exactly what a Kobelco is, but anytime a contractors piece of machinery won't slew right or left it has been a hydraulic fluid problem.

Excavator circuit diagram

Hi, firstly check that you are getting power to the solenoid when it tries to run as these solenoids have 2 power supplies.
One is for bringing the solenoid in the other is for holding it in place.
Sometimes when these solenoids fail the pull in connection still works but then they fail to hold.
Sounds like your problem.
We repair these types of machines in our garage so if this dont work let me know as I may be able to get a diagram.
The engine ciruits are all the same for all these *** engines.
