Question about HP Compaq Presario V2000 Notebook
I need to find a way that I can locate a manager so I can talk to them about my laptop. My computer's motherboard went bad. I purchased my computer over a year ago. I just fount out over 100 of customers have the same exact issues with thier laptop. I have been trying to speak to a manager, but everytime I call they say they cant connect me to a manager because their system is down or the manager will call me back which they never did. Please help me. do you have any solutions in what to do?
Your model of computer was one of the ones which had faulty battries which overheated. They had a replacement program for them. I would contact HP again letting them klnow that their battery problems damaged your laptop. First when you call. Ask whom you are speaking with first and last name, their ID #. Tell them you need to speak to a supervisor. Get that persons name also if connected. Tell them how many times you have tried to resolve this issue. And you need an RMA # to ship back the Laptop to repair the damage. If they do not let them know you your lawyer had advised you to make another attempt to resolve the problem and you will be left with no other choice but to report this situation which your lawyer will handled. You should get a response. If not get in touch with the better business and consumer affairs. Check their website for CEO names....email them with your complaint. Hope this helps
