Okay it is working...I understand the math but is it possible to have a battery at over 100%? I have a battery that has 1200 mah and after the reading it says it was charged at 1351 at 8.5 v. That would be over 100% then...is that possible?

When you have the battery, in the appropriate cup/adapter of your BMS WPLN4079 charger, wait for any sporatic activity on the screen to cease (there is usually a little number jumping from dropping the battery in), then press the analyze button. Now your battery will cycle for anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. When it is done you will see a number representing the mAH on the screen. You take this number and divide it by the mAH capacity of the battery. This will tell you how good your battery is. 70% and above is acceptable. Anything below 70% you should consider replacement.
Note: This part number is for a BMS charger, not an Impress. However, you can charge and condition impress batteries on this charger provided you have the correct cup.

It is possible you have a battery or charging problem. Transmitting takes more energy than any other function of the radio. Pressing the PTT can quickly reveal a bad or poorly charged battery pack. Check your charger, clean all battery contacts on the charger and radio with a pencil eraser and try charging again. Also, you can try changing a battery out of a known good unit and see if the problem moves with the battery.

I have a GE model 25836CE-B cordless phone. My problem is this: when the phone is off the charger base, after a few minutes it will keep on beeping even if no one pressed the paging button at the charger...

Actually, you can't overcharge the battery. The base is designed to hold the handset indefinitely. Once the battery is charged it doesn't do any damage. You probably just don't have the battery charged enough to use the phone. Leave the handset on the base overnight, let the thing charge, and it should work properly.

The base unit will not charge hand sets . I have cleaned the contacts on base unit as recommended. Please note the remote unit charges both handsets.

The problem is in the remote charger or batteries in each phone is the issue. If you are handy with a meter, "set it to DC volts" press down on the charging tabs, you should have at least 3.6V to 12V if it reads 0 the remote charger is defective.

One of the handsets is flashing "Warning Check Battery" It is a mi6896.  We have lost two of the handsets.  We don't know how to use the "Find Handset" feature on the base unit (the manual...

Find handset works by causing the handset, or handsets to beep when you push the button on the base unit, and until you find the handset and push the off button. If the handsets do not beep the batteries are probably dead.
We have a handset that flashes "Charging", and later, "Connecting", but it never connects. When the handset is removed from the charger the handset shows "Place in charger". By process of elimination I have determined that the handset has a problem. The problem is NOT with the battery OR charger. I hope this info helps you.

Further question on BMS wpln4079br

Cycle test sees how many charge cycles a battery has left in it. The average number of charge/discharge cycles of a new battery is: NiCd 500-700; NiMH 300-350; Li-Ion 400. (These are averages, batteries will differ.) Analyze looks at the mAH capacity of the battery. With this number you can see what capacity the battery is still holding. (How much gas will fit in the gas tank.) You can improve this number often by running the conditioning cycle. These are better explained in the user manual which comes with the unit. Battery Charging, Nuvi 35

Charge the unit over night, Plug in the AC charger and you should see a lightning bolt over the battery bar graph display.

With the charger plugged in, gently press and hold the on/off power until the screen goes black and displays the text "Charging battery". After a few seconds, the screen will go black to conserve power. At any time, you can press the screen and it will light up saying its still charging.

If you let it go over night, when you touch the screen, it will say Charging Complete and you can then remove the charger. You should have full green bars on the battery indicator.

GARMIN c550 will not turn on

There is an ISSUE with the DEAD ZUMO, however some of the are solved, and some need to be shipped back.
There are a couple of options.
1) remove the battery, keep power button pressed for a few minutes. install battery, try.
2) fully recharge the battery with the wall charger, try
3) With a fully charged battery, press and hold the + button and press the power button(hard reset).
4) hold thumb firmly on top left of touch screen and hold power button till it switches on(hard reset).
5) Try a different battery (fully charged)
6) Ship it to Garmin
