Question about Yahoo Messenger
I have 2 Yahoo messenger ID's so they are like "friends" on each other's list. There was no problem until I accidentally deleted one. I deleted the other and started again; I ahd one screen name invite the other, approve and visa versa, a process I had done initially.
One screen name appears again as a buddy and is visible.
The other appears as invisible and add request pending. I tried rolling back to an earlier version of Messenger but that didn't work.
I believe there is a system glitch as i see other people writing about the "request pending" issue. The system doesn't recognize that both parties approved each other, it appears one sided.
Thanks for your help!
We had this problem in my office. Both of you must delete each other completely and then one of you sends a re-request to the other to be added and the other accepts that request and then the originator confirms the acceptance. Yes, it's a tedious solution but it fixed it for everyone here.
