I have a sidekick 3 that doesnt charge. There is nothing wrong with the battery or the charger, it appears that there is something wrong with the terminal where it charges. Where can I get this fixed?

yea i have a sidekick 2 and the chager port dont work and more i seen to hold it like a short circit but it dont seen to work

sidekick not charging have to wiggle and hold it to charge i think its the port and i went to a t mobile store to check the charger he said it was the port and i have no warrenty i bought it on e bay what can i do?

my sidekick 2 will not charge and i put a new sim card in it so i have no warrenty!!!! please help i am lost without my sidekick and i have 4 $

You can get this fixed through tmobile's 611. it just requires a simple soldering on the Motherboard or a replacement of the charging port.

I have the same problem and tmobile sucks with dealing with problems about their phones because they dont want to give you a new phone. theres nothing you can do. -.- its easier (and cheaper) to just go buy a new phone.
