GE TV/VCR Problem Model 13TVR60 Help Please! (by 2 users)

I am trying to repair a 13" GE TV/VCR problem. The set seems to have a
mind of its own some days it works and others you get no picture it seems
to be intermittent.
The model is a  13TVR60 and chassis # TVR1/2A. Any help much
appreciated.Please email.

I have a GE 13TVR62 with a similar problem; I posted herein for a solution. Keep me informed, as will I you, about anything suggested to get the Picture on the Screen.
